Day #5 of the Primary Kettlebell Workout Plan is lower body routine including 3 supersets and 6 exercises. No rest between exercises during each superset exericise and 45 to 60 seconds between rounds.

A2: 1-Leg Deadlift - 5 x 10ES

B1: Goblet Squat - 5 x 10

B2: Alternating Swings - 5 x 10

C1: Jump Squats - 5 x 20

C2: Split Squat Jumps - 5 x 20
